Deck the halls and don your gay apparel on our “Make the Yuletide Gay” Holiday Tour! Join us as we explore New York City’s bustling midtown district, with stops to view the bright holiday lights, sip on hot chocolate, and do a little gay shopping!

We’ll explore both the Queer history and holiday magic of each location, building in photo stops at some of the most iconic NYC holiday spots, including Rockefeller Center and the stunning Rockefeller Christmas Tree, Radio City Music Hall, Bryant Park, and more. 

Each ticket for our Gay Holiday Tour will include one hot chocolate to enjoy as we stroll through some of NYC’s most famous holiday sights. Non-dairy options available. This tour is for a limited time only!

Where will the tour start?

We will meet at the Pulitzer Fountain, conveniently located in Manhattan’s Grand Army Plaza right near the world-renowned Plaza Hotel.

Where will the tour end?

We will end at Bryant Park, with plenty of time to explore and shop at the Bryant Park Holiday Market, including one extra fun stop at an LGBTQ+-owned booth.

How do I get to the tour?

We’ve got you covered! Getting to the tour couldn’t be easier via public transportation.

Train Service:

  • N, R, W at 5 Avenue – 59 Street Station
  • E, M at 5 Avenue – 53 Street Station
  • F at 57 Street Station

How often are tours offered?

Our “Make the Yuletide Gay” Holiday Tour is offered  Wednesday at 3:00pm and Saturdays at 2:00pm through mid-January. For a list of available dates, you can view our calendar. To schedule a private tour, please contact us.

What other attractions can I visit while I'm in the neighborhood?

Midtown Manhattan is an iconic neighborhood all-year-round, but especially during the holiday season! While in town, be sure to explore the holiday markets in Bryant Park, Columbus Circle, or Union Square, all not very far from the tour. You can also check out Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular, starring the Radio City Rockettes. Local tip: the holiday decorations inside the Bryant Park Library and the Plaza Hotel will give you all the Christmas magic you are looking for!
